How often do you inspect my property?+
You decide. We offer weekly, bi-weekly or monthly inspections. For properties that are empty for longer periods, we recommend at least monthly inspections.
What happens if you discover a problem?+
We inform you immediately by phone or WhatsApp with photos. In emergencies (water damage, heating failure) we act immediately and inform you in parallel.
Can you also receive guests or accept deliveries?+
Yes, that's part of our key service. We can be on site when guests arrive, craftsmen come or deliveries arrive.
Is my key safe with you?+
Yes, we store all keys in a secure key safe. Every access is documented.
Do you also handle cleaning?+
We coordinate cleaning for you with professional cleaning companies. We don't do the cleaning ourselves, but we check the quality.
How does billing work?+
You receive a monthly invoice for basic care. Additional work (repairs, craftsman coordination) is billed separately according to effort.
