Project Description

We do not simply 'fix' old furniture; we conserve it. Whether it is a family heirloom dresser or an antique dining table, our approach is surgical. We analyze the wood grain, the original finish, and the structural needs before touching a tool. Our goal is to maintain the character—the 'soul'—of the piece while restoring its function and beauty.

EXPERT KNOWLEDGE

Common Questions

Will refinishing devalue my antique?

Improper refinishing destroys value. Our conservation method removes dirt and damage but preserves the patina that collectors value. We never 'over-restore'.

How long does the process take?

Quality takes time. A dining table typically requires 2-3 weeks for stripping, repairs, and multiple coats of finish to cure properly.

Do you pick up and deliver?

Yes. We handle your furniture with white-glove service, transporting it safely to our workshop and back to your home in Zurich or the Bernese Oberland.
